      Yoga Private Classes
      These classes are focused into YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, not just as a practioner or somebody that wants to stretch and distress, but as somebody that besides the physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation methods, wants to have a life experience in Yoga and energy healing techniques. 
      "Once yoga changed me as a person, bringing me inner peace and helping to focus better on my goals, it can change YOU, for your individual needs in your special timing".  

      PRIVATE LESSONS are a great way to learn with a partner or friend, and may include up to four people!

      CLASSES DESCRIPTIONS:

      ♥ Boot Camp Yoga - The first 30min consist in cardio and resistance exercises to develop core strength and tone body, and the following hour is a vigorous and flowly Vinyasa Yoga practice. The combination of workout and stretch are a successful recipe to a healthy mind and beautiful body!
      ♥ 
      Heal Yoga - The class starts with around 15min of Pranayama (breathing techniques), followed by therapeutic asanas (positions) to release stress and stretch. It ends with a deep guided meditation to relax and let go unwanted feelings, and a healing touch that might be Reiki, didgeredoo sound or guided meditation with Aromatherapy.
      ♥ 
      Sanatura Yoga - This practice has the stretch and strength of yoga mixed to Martial arts exercises and animal movements. This class was developed for professional fighters, so it is a great workout for the ones that intend to develop and stretch muscles not so explored during aerobic practices. Be prepared to sweat and move vigorously!
      ♥ 
      Vinyasa Flow - Based on Ashtanga style, the flow of Vinyasa (linking movement) synchronized with the breath will recharge and renew your energy and support your mind to focus on your goals. As all my classes, this also start with Pranayama and closes with relaxing guided meditation.



      ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS

      These 45min sessions utilize a variety of energy modalities, methods and techniques combined to provide good maintenance of mind, body and emotions. It strengths the immune system, brings a great level of inner peace, and energizes body and mind.
      Reiki, a multidimensional energy healing system, is the foundation of this energy work, that consists of gently resting the hands over the major organs and body systems (without manipulation) promoting relaxation, relief from pain, release of stress/tension, and a delightful sense of well-being.

      Depending on the recipients needs, the session might consist in deeper guided meditation or different techniques to achieve the goal: a renewing and relaxing experience!
